Job hunting sucks
**** is it just me or is it harder to find a job these days, i just got out of the army and have a pretty good resume, and still am having a hard time finding a job, and everything is online now so you cant even talk to people face to face everyone whats you to apply on the Fu**ing computer, **** i hate them sometimes, I feel like throwing this one right now. Sometimes i think i should have stayed in the army, well fu** it.

when i got laid off i just sent my resume to like 20 different companies adn within two weeks i got liek 5 calls and had a new job. im still getting **** in the mail from the companies i didnt respond too. my advice would be to look online for jobs you want and then just fax them your resume, and if you dont here from them give them a call in like a week or two and explain to them that you faxed your resume and you want a job. hope i was helpful. goodluck.

In my experience, you can get any job you want, but an application isn't gonna cut it. Always ask to speak with a manager who is not the assistant. If they ask the issue, just say it's personal and would rather take it up with a general manager. If they aren't available, get their contact info and wait. When you speak to them, always give the impression that you're about making money and getting things done. I'd say 90% of managers who are in charge of any job worth having are all about gettin money. Let them know you're a hustler and not someone looking to just be employed.

Im in the same boat, it sucks. Everythings either some scam or they want to give you 2 dollars an hour. Its better to have a referal from someone for a good workplace.
