How Much Coin Do You Spend On Groceries?
I was just curious how much money you guys spend on food each week? I can spend around $200.00 for my wife and I. I have one friend who drops $300.00 just on himself. I can only imagine what Pro's spend each week

Too much even w/Costco.
It's just the lifestyle that demands you eat wholesome good food, and it's a bit more $$ than eating sh*t, but worth it IMHO.

My wife is in the iron game as well so it's a 100 each and I could spend a lot more, just like you guys.

i eat 2 steaks a day, 4 chix breasts, well i eat a lot of the same food you eat....
you must live in NY City or something, or in Wayne Pa... or one of the many other expensive places to live at... but the prices shouldnt be 3x mine.............
whatever, i'm just a better shopper than you, i can smell a sale from isles away... guess you just dont have that sixth sense....

This is how much I spend on groceries, including supplements every month. When I'm cutting I'll generally spend between 350-400/month. When I'm bulking I'll spend close to 600/month

Don’t laugh but I only spend about $15-30 a week if that. I buy chicken quarters when they are on sale and freeze them, buy those cheap $5 roast and cut them into steaks. For carbs I’ll eat oats or brown rice which are very cheap. I do not throw away anything and have been known to eat rotten chicken and steak/roast. I can recall one night my girl friend throwing away the bad milk…the next morning I picked it out of the garbage and put it on my oatmeal.
No shame in my game, I’m a cheap ass and I’m proud!
I have a protein shake after every work out, and my friends house though, lol
