Sup bruthas, this is a great real-estate investment! WAYYYY Cheap. I just bought it december '04. The reason Im selling is because I would like to put the money into a condo here, not a vacation condo in maui right now.

I just talked to my broker in MAUI, I could safely sell it for $9,500. My parents bought theirs for 35k. When I bought mine, it was a forclosure, this place is FRESH AS FVCK.

my maintenance fees are 135/year...... Im talking to a title company in Hawaii right now. getting some info....IM SELLING THIS WAYYYYY CHEAP GUYS! ! ! PM ME if interested. I need to put my money into a condo for me here in CA, not in Hawaii right now.

how much time do you get it for? We don't do timeshares in Australia, but the idea sounds interesting. I've got the money for something like this, I wouldn't mind some more info.

Escrow just opened. I sold the Condo For $7500 ! ! ! ! A local in my area saw my add on craigslist.

If anyone is interested, my buddy also bought one the same day we were out in hawaii. he has a Studio aswell, same location, the Kahana Sands, Maui. He cant afford it either. He only owes $6400(which is exactly what I owed aswell. Email me if interested. I'll forward his phone# etcc...

For my 7500, that pretty much took care of title fees, including the 5% of the property value I had to pay to the Government.
