    there is a Pro Pwr Lifter on here thats like 306 and is pushing one of strongest on forum easily He is in a thread calld Need Sexual Positions or something ><

    Vandoo, Diesel and BDTR are all in the 300lb club I think. I guess you can add Big Jon to that list now too.

    I was shooting for 300 on this last cycle, I only made it to 290. Oh well, next time around I'll break into the 300's. It's **** hard to eat enough calories to put on weight at 290. I need 4500 calories just to maintain my weight, would need another 1000 per day to add. That's a lot of food. I think bdtr said he eats like 10k per day. That's insane, my stomachj would explode I think.
