Im turning to rum and coke
I've had a ****ty day, feel like nothing is going right anymore ... perhaps Im feeling sorry for myself, and compared to others in the world I have it great but still.. have a rip in my lower abdominal, and my elbows have taken a turn for the worst so I can't train. Morning cardio is getting hard because I feel whats the point.. I have so much pent up aggression that I can't let out......sorry had to vent

Seems to me that you're ridden with injuries; are you sure that you're training properly? Don't drink too much bro, it gets expensive (experienced LOL)....
