    alot of people drink distilled while cutting because the distilling process removes the sodium that spring water has.

    personally, i drink the 58 cents/ gallon walmart water. I dont have to worry about filling it up every day, at the end of the night i'll just throw it out and get a new one to carry around in the morning. Water bottles smell like sh!t if you fill em up anyway...

    No, its when you let tap water sit overtime. What this does is it makes most of the impurities from the tap it came from dissolve.

    that's to let the chlorine evaporate. but you need to leave it uncovered so it can leave as gas. it only takes a few minutes though, prolly like an hour in a gallon jug (small opening, lots water).

    pretty good thing to do. chlorine's supposed to be pretty safe at the levels in city tapwater, but i swear on my life in makes my throat dry as hell + i can taste it it's gross.
