sup guys i just wanted to say i measured my arms for the first time in like about 3mths of bustin a$$ in the gym and it hit 17.5 i was like suppp but that was with a lil bit of a pump, bout 1hr after workout and i new that but then i went home and showered, ate etc. so bout 5hrs after being in the gym i think prety much i had no pump so i measured again and it was 17.2

the last time i measured i was 16.3ish so im a prety happy dude right now lol just felt like sharing
