Swole, I admire your ambition and drive to succeed. Not many people can make a living by doing what they love to do, much props to ya. You know what you need to do? You need to write a story for the local newspapers around the surrounding areas and have them post your picture in the paper."Visual Excellence through fitness consultations and lifestyle changes" or something like that. My girlfriend just did this with her business and literally within a week or two it went from DEAD to SWAMPED!!!! Networking baby, networking, but you know that!!!

WTF.... thats like a mile down the street from my house.... Never been in there.... that sh!t looks crazy... I think ive seen the outside, all the stores on that street look rundown as fck cause that starts getting to just about the ghetto southside of town once you hit Lincoln ave, etc..., which is about a mile or so away from the gym.... Never in my life thought the inside would look like that..... Send me a pm of what you pay if you dont mind...

You ever work out at Kozy community center off of 7th and Lincoln?? I go there once or twice a week to work out with my guy who works there, otherwise i hit up the school gym or ballys

SWOLE, good idea bro, like stated above.... pm me once you get some printables, id throw a couple up too, it would only take a couple seconds anyways...

    Good luck

Cool beans, thanks. I was told that the image in this thread can be saved and pasted on to a Word document. The printed version is then just under a page in full length so it's almost perfect!

    Thanks Mike!

Sometimes when I'm eating out w/my family and they are havin' burgers/fries, etc., and I have my chicken ceasar salad, no croutons, extra chicken, and a diet coke, I wonder why I do what I do. It's responses like your's that remind me why I do it and give me the extra incentive to do so.

    Thanks,

I know the feeling. Its hard to believe that you just dont sit back and relax. You still have the drive to become better at what you do. I speak for myself but i think most here would agree that if we had your physique it would be hard to not just eat whatever we want and train when we felt like it. Lord knows, I would be content with looking about 1/4 good as you do. Although I thought i would do the same when I reached where I am right now but i still want to be built better. You are very motivtaional on here for sure. I myself read and re-read all your posts and i seem to understand more of what you say as I learn more in general. Anyway, I'll quit swinging from the nuts. Good Luck. LOL, no election stuff for me! Thanks for the props, I appreciate it.

I do enjoy junk and eat freely from time to time. I actually have been doing that since my knee got scoped in December, and only recently have I decided to now start going back down in weight to hold that lean/ripped look. I was eating pretty much what I wanted, but I have an appetite and I want a lot! I always train though, I never miss a workout. I may put cardio aside and eat some junk, yes, but I never stop weights. That's just something I can never stop doing, I think I'd go nuts!

I am 260 now, going to go to about 230 or 225 over time, we'll see. No rush to do so, just a nice slow drop, as I am still re-habbin' the knees and I want them to heal and for the legs to keep their size and get bigger as well from the natural muscle memory. (thank goodness for that!) So, it's no contest prep type crazy routine.

    Thanks again,
    ~SC~
