Swole, I admire your ambition and drive to succeed. Not many people can make a living by doing what they love to do, much props to ya. You know what you need to do? You need to write a story for the local newspapers around the surrounding areas and have them post your picture in the paper."Visual Excellence through fitness consultations and lifestyle changes" or something like that. My girlfriend just did this with her business and literally within a week or two it went from DEAD to SWAMPED!!!! Networking baby, networking, but you know that!!!

Cool beans, thanks. I was told that the image in this thread can be saved and pasted on to a Word document. The printed version is then just under a page in full length so it's almost perfect!

Thanks Mike!
Sometimes when I'm eating out w/my family and they are havin' burgers/fries, etc., and I have my chicken ceasar salad, no croutons, extra chicken, and a diet coke, I wonder why I do what I do. It's responses like your's that remind me why I do it and give me the extra incentive to do so.
Thanks,
~SC~

LOL, no election stuff for me! Thanks for the props, I appreciate it.
I do enjoy junk and eat freely from time to time. I actually have been doing that since my knee got scoped in December, and only recently have I decided to now start going back down in weight to hold that lean/ripped look. I was eating pretty much what I wanted, but I have an appetite and I want a lot! I always train though, I never miss a workout. I may put cardio aside and eat some junk, yes, but I never stop weights. That's just something I can never stop doing, I think I'd go nuts!
I am 260 now, going to go to about 230 or 225 over time, we'll see. No rush to do so, just a nice slow drop, as I am still re-habbin' the knees and I want them to heal and for the legs to keep their size and get bigger as well from the natural muscle memory. (thank goodness for that!) So, it's no contest prep type crazy routine.
Thanks again,
~SC~
