argggggg Stupid Diet
Who else hates cutting?? I fought temptations last night like a mother F'r... had half of a digestive cookie.. ...... Today I just want a doughnut sooooo bad.. Have a headache presumably from the low carbs... This blows.. Just give me some winny lol

month, lost 10 pounds.. Finally able to start training again so my muscles are hardening up nice n quick.. feel like im hungry 24/7 though with the lack of carbs

Nah, I never drop dex. (well, a few weeks out from a show/shoot, yes)
Carbs are cut low like that on days I don't weight train if/when I am cutting seriously.

So on a cutting day with no dex and no workout, how many carbs? How many carbs on w/o day excluding dex while cutting?

It consistently changes dependent upon my cardio activity that day.

I cracked last night and went to mcdonalds
This 60g of carbs on non-training days is killing me... I have to tough it out better next time.
