    I HAD to miss a shot

    So I am starting my second week of Prop, Fina, and Winny. I shoot in both sides of my arse and both shoulders. All four were so sore that i had to skip a shot. Feel like such a bleeding vagina.....

    You know there are other areas you can inject besides the glutes.

    Bouncer your too much. Yeah diesel i know i can. But i have done the quad shots and i couldnt walk for about 3 days, and i am too much of a puss to shot anywhere else...

    Try delt shots. I can't take quad shots either. But after using my delts I rarely go back to my glutes.

    You inject Gluteus Med. or Max. ?

    The medius is painless and gives you a couple more options for shooting.
