I hear ya SC. Body-for-life and some of my dearest friends are what saved me. My lowest point was 140lbs @ the age 17. A year earlier I was 215lbs. I can also agree that being myself now is better than anything else.

I have been watching my younger brother deal with it for almost a yr. now also. I wish that I could just show him how to be happy with himself. I've tried and tried, but I guess he will come around when he is ready.
