    I Am Back!

    Alright folks,
    I have been out for awhile...I went to visit some folks back home, then jetted out of the country for a short stint. Brought back some goodies to make the trip worth while, and of course enjoyed every minute away from work and the stress it brings. It feels good to be back in many ways and of course good to be back on AR! I am also looking forward to getting back in the game, hitting the weights and jumping of the juice! I hope everyone was fine in my absence!

    What kind of changes have taken place? I leave for a month and all has gone to pot or what? Lots of new members it seem, but some old folks posting!
