avi question
i downloaded one of Ronnie colemans videos in avi. format and my computer wont play it, so i downloaded and avi player and it still wont work. do you think i might not have the right player or is it the avi file itself. i tried playing it on quicktime and it said the required compressor couldnt be found. im trying to get it to play first to make sure its good and then im going to burn it.

Download DivX player. If you want to convert it to DVD format, you can download a program called DivXToDVD and then open the converted files with a DVD burning program like Nero.

You need the defiler pak. It's got all the major codecs in it. I uploaded it to my webspace, go ahead and grab it.

Just run it, it'll install all the codecs you need.
