4. The worst case of food poisoning you have ever had in your life....

I have lost 10 lbs in 24 hrs and I can see my abs coming thru.. This is great.. I have puked 7 times and sh1t atleast 50x. everytime i drink gatorade, back to the bathroom. Everytime I eat anything, back to bathroom. This could be great pre-contest dieting. So anyway, i am up at 3am and sick for 24 hours now. In the 6th week of my cycle when it was just starting to kick in hard and now this setback. Missed workout yesterday and today and the 4lbs i put on last week are gone now.

that sucks bro... it seems something like that happens to me every time too.

I got food poisioning from some old ass leftovers in the fridge about a month ago, and last cycle I dropped a 35 pound plate on my foot.

I.V. some water. If you need to get to a hospital before you keel over. Some food poisoning gets that bad. And Sue the Bee Jeebus out of that resteraunt. Might even get a class action law suit going if a lot of other customers got sick that night. Research it, assuming you are still alive to read this.

i got food poisoning from taco bell once, i thought i was gonna die. that sux youre on a cycle right now. best of luck

I remember the last time i had food poisoning when ever i was sick i would shit at the same time.... sitting on the toilet with diarrhea and being sick in a towel, not very nice!! I lost alot of weight too and looked kinda ghostly!

If your still sick get some dramamine (sp) it is the strongest thing you can get otc for nasea. I had food poisoning and it was the only thing that helped me feel better.
