    Question carpral tunnel???

    ive recently started to bus tables at a resturante and im using my left hand alot to lft the treys ever since then ive been waking up to numb hands. today in the gym while doin chest my left wrist was numb and it was goin up to my elbow. i have a feeling it may be a mild case of carpral tunnel syndrome but havent had it checked out. if anyone has any ideas or suggested treatments i would really appreciate it.
