you mean the mini iPod? yes, you can jog or run with any iPod, I've got the big one and use it for everything.

The thing is incredible. I almost got an iPod, but I'm so glad that I didn't. I personally think it looks cooler than an iPod also. They call it the iPod killer. The Wall Steet Journal just did a story on it too.
