you mean the mini iPod? yes, you can jog or run with any iPod, I've got the big one and use it for everything.

* no software required for your PC (f*ck iTunes), it shows up as a USB hard drive when you plug it into your PC
* FM radio, FM radio recording
* line in recording, voice recording
* blind audio quality test, it ranked 2nd, iPod ranked last
* it looks slick has h3ll

The thing is incredible. I almost got an iPod, but I'm so glad that I didn't. I personally think it looks cooler than an iPod also. They call it the iPod killer. The Wall Steet Journal just did a story on it too.
