Sunburn!
I was at the nascar race last sunday and the tops of my feet are cherry red .
Anyone have any remedies for sunburn? Or something I can buy? This burn relief mist isn't doing sh!t.

Do the aloe. One time I burned my feet so bad, it looked like I was walking on water melons. Fishing for 7 hours in the sun.

After sun bro. Any cream with aloe vera in really. Moisturise them every day, or few times a day to help the skin.

They even make that after sun stuff with lidocain in it. I keep it in the fridge all summer. feels really good going on when it is real cold too...

The most important thing is to make sure you drink a $hitload of water. (you probably already got that under control)
But from someone who has surfed more days in his life than he hasn't, the green jelly Solarcaine with aloe is the best, IMO.

This solarcaine seems to be helping some but I was wondering if there's something avaiable by script that is better?

Aspirin is also suppose to relieve sunburn. Using the Aloe plant will be the best thing you can use.
I don't really ever get sunburned....perhaps you should not listen to me.
