    Herc gets lucky again!!!

    Hey bros

    just had to share that i have finaly picked up a new trainng partner thet is serious. my one before this was shawn rar, lifted with him all last year, you can dig up the old posts and the workouts we used to do.

    well this beast is my new partner, he kicks my ass every day of the week. training has not been this intense since training with shawn. right now he is 6 weeks out of the USA's where he will be competing for his IFBB pro card. Cant wait to see im on stage in vegas. GO HARD PRO CARD!!! is what i scream at him during the workouts. it feels good again to train crazy hard!!!

    if anyone is interested i can list the workouts like i did with shawn.

    but other than that next stop for herc is 190 5%bf by august. with gunners help i will be there.

    actual its usualy ony a plate a two, 3 for legs at the most. i hang with him, he's 5'8 270 @ 5%bf, im just a measly 210 5'7 10% bf.
