I finally did it, bought my girls ring. I'm hoping that I'm doing the right thing. I've been under alot of stress lately between balancing money, trying to get into a new career in real estate, and still trying to stick to the weights and diet. Life has just been tough needless to say. I always thought that I wanted to wait until the time was just right as far as money and security go, but after thinking it over long and hard I've come to the conclusion that if you think like this forever then nothing is ever going to be just right, you'll spend your entire life wishing. So I did it. I'm going to propose to her on the 4th of July weekend at nightfall on the beach in Charleston. Hopefully she'll say yes.

very true!! yeah..i had stars in my eyes a few years ago just like you........then i ended up taking the ring back and selling it for like 20% of what i got it for.......so the moral is....................you should have never bought it (seriously though, good luck, better you than me)
