    Do you ever reuse syringe? (not pin)

    Any of you ever use the same plunger and just replace the pin?

    I do that all the time. I know I shouldn't. And I won't advise anyone here to do it either. But I've done it for years. Usually by the end of my cycle the syringe I've started with is so used that the markings have worn off its sides. I also re-use the pin I draw the fluids with.

    Never, they are way too cheap to not be on the safe side of sterility and use new equipment every single time. Unless your tighter than a nuns crotch I seriously would not sweat the few cents on pins and sticks.

    Thanks for the replies.

    Not really an issue with price, but more an issue with space in the safe I use now that I am doing daily injections. I guess its not a big deal really. Just wondering if it was any sort of common practice

    i usually will use the same one for about 5 injects and then toss it out.

    I've done it before. I always reuse the same 18 gauge pin for drawing oils. Then I change to a new pin before I inject

    Nope, I never re-use syringes or pins... ever.

    They are so cheap, why bother? (less than $15can for a box of 100 terumo 3cc's with 23ga pin. Thats like 0.10usd each...)
