does it hurt right in the middle of your wrist? it won't hurt for a month, but then it will hurt for 2 weeks straight? If so, you might have what I have, and I've heard alot of people have. A gangleon cist. It's so painful, that when i get it, i can barely bend my wrist at all, but the doctor says it;s a fairly risky surgery to have it removed, so if i can deal with it, i should not have the surgery.

more or less think of it as a nurse taking your blood pressure. If she where to press firmly with her index and niddle finder on your radial artery that would cause me pain.
It has come and gone for as long as i can remember.

oh and to top it all off i just was reading this!!
The procedure is usually fairly minor, but can be complicated depending on the location of the cyst and whether it impinges on any vital structures in the hand (nerves, tendons, blood vessels). It is important to discuss the different treatment options with your physician if you are diagnosed as having a ganglion cyst.
Ofcourse mine would have to be located under or around the radial artery >.<
