A lil R and R
Took last week of from the gym and ate what I wanted, also taking this week off but back on the diet and doing cardio + abs. Ever since my injuries I take 2 weeks off every three months and for me its the best thing I can do, I hit the gym feeling like a pissed of gorrila at the end of the 2 weeks, and my workouts are reintensified and my joints feel great! Just thought I'd share that!

That's good bro. I can't do two weeks, not even 1 week, but I do 3 days off at a time though and that helps me a bit too.

ya i havent taken a week off in about a year in a half...gonna take some time off when i get to germany..prbly about a week, get use to the new surroundings and get hammered on the good deuchtelands beir!

I try to take aweek off evry month or two, seems to help me grow.

i just took three days off, today was my first workout.. i don't know if i could do a whole week, i really missed that pump after just three days..
your right though, that first work out back is so good.

It kills me to take a week-2 weeks off but everything appreciates it, my elbows and back etc. Its what allows me to keep pounding all year.
