yeah thats my arm after the second surgery I'm trying to get a hold of the pics after the 1st all they did was split it open. Yeah definetly a crazy scar i can already tell

real quick whats Compression Syndrome, i did a quick search and it talked about nerves or something. i dont know.

yeah full recovery takes around a year and i have nerve damage so i have to try and get my full movement back
Compression compartment syndrome is when it swells to musch and cuts off the oxygen and blood supply to your arm causing nerve damage

Wow, the picture really makes the severity of your injury hit home.
I hope you have a speedy recovery, do very well in PT, and get back in the gym as soon as you can.
Although after almost LOSING an arm, I can see how the gym is on the back burner for sure.
