    This Board is GREAT

    This board is so great, it's not only helping the members and guests with advices and tips on thier diet and workout and lifestyle.
    a lot of people benefited out this board with info. that would propably take a life time for a solo person to collect and research.
    not only that, but this amazing board proved to be much beyond expectations with the way we all helped JOHAN overcome his financial problems, so were more like a family here which is really amazing.
    i'm actually getting goose bumps right now
    thanks to everybody on this board, you people here are great, i wish the whole world could be like us on here.

    yep i like to think theyr little fu**ers still but me girls are nearly 16 n me boy is 11,hes nearly as tall as me already and a brown belt jujitsu,plus theres another little fu**er just about to appear and i think she will be the worst of the lot!!
