It finally happened
I've read about it happening to a few others, but never thought it would happen to me. Maybe while doing squats, but not deadlifts. If you haven't figured it out I'm talking about puking. I puked my fvcken guts out on my second last set of deadlifts.
It actually felt good in a wierd sort of way.

I puked after doing fly's one chest workout. Felt like crap and couldnt work out much after that for the day. Felt weak.
