    Girlfriend, I can tell you this... Schrang does excellent work and is probably the biggest name in SRS in this country. There is a Canadian doc whose name I can't recall due to being right in the middle of a blonde moment, who is good. There are several Thai surgeons who are excellent... Preecha pioneered modern anatomically correct 3 dimensional vaginoplasty/labioplasty in the same operation, and some of his students such as Suporn and Chetawut and Sanguan are very, very good. Dr Preecha is retired, now, I think. Suporn is probably the best. I know his girls have excellent orgasm ability, often as soon as a couple months post surgery. Very high success rate, there, as opposed to probably 50/50 with Schrang. Suporn nearly doubled his prices recently and now (depending on exchange rate... you must pay in Baht) you are looking at about $15,000, which is not much less than American surgeons charge.

    The Thai surgeons often leave excessive erectile tissue around the re-routed urethra, because it is easier to remove a bit later than to take too much and risk problems such as fistula (nearly always resulting in UTI) or incontinence. I know one girl whose right labia did not heal properly and was partially detached. She went back for a free revision and he corrected both problems. She has very good depth... I do touch bottom, but then again I touch bottom with every GG (genetic girl) I have ever had, too, so no biggie.

    Girl, whatever you do, make sure you dilate religiously. Also, forget about standard medical dilators after your incisions have completely healed... go to the local sex toy store and buy a big, soft dildo.
