i can tell you smoke a lot of weed u lazy stoner why are you thinking about this a hour before the test and not a few weeks before hand. the only thing i can think of to help you within the hour is to smuggle someone elses piss and dump that in the test cup.

drink lots of water mix creatine, protein, glutamine, & anything else that would mix ur piss up & drain that system out... do it all in a half hour try to piss like 3 times before the test thats what i did & passed

get someone who doesn't blaze up or do drugs (prescription and non) to piss for you. Just make sure it is warm when you give it to them .
Make sure that the person you use isn't prego cause the elevated estrogen levels will show.
Unless they are watching you take the actuall piss, you should be able to do this.
Just take in some piss that you know will test clean in a little container, and keep it close to you so that your body heat will keep it warm.

This is your only real option. Get someone who does not do any type of drug to piss into a minimum of a 5 ounce container. The temperature must be between 90-100 degrees F for them to accept it so the defroster on your car might be a good option while you are in transit.

Put some powdered bleach under your finger nail and piss over that finger into the cup... will make it inconclusive. Then get off before the next one which will happen as soon as nothing can be determined...
