    connection problem?

    hi guys

    wondering if any of you could help me with this little problem!

    ive got broadband, win xp aol9, it works ok but everytime i sign off
    and go to sign back on, it wont let me, unless i restart the pc?

    anyknow what could be up, its getting pain steaking restarting the pc everytime i want to sign on #
