    I know I could get down to 240 quickly but that would zap my strength. I am going to try to do it slowly..cardio 3 times per week probably

    BF IMO is about 18%. Best guess. I am about 16% but only weigh 232lbs at 5'10". Keep at it bro, with dedication you will become a monster.

    thanks man..I just hoped it wasn't over 20. My biggest struggle right now is diet since I am pretty much forced to eat at the dining halls bc I have so many meal plans. I don't have a problem getting enough meals in I have plenty of food in my dorm, however I havent had grilled chicken in here the entire time I have been here, and that is a problem. Thanks for all the compliments, it really helps me out.
    btw..5'11" at 232 at 16% is huge. Good work man.

    I am 36 years old as well(oh, that was 5'10" by the way)... I think it took guts to throw up your pics. I have not done it... I feel fat too. Listen, if you can get access to an oven once per week, tyson has bags of frozen breasts. Marinate them and cook them all at once on a baking sheet. Put into containers for the friggy. Also, if you use campus markets get a bunch of cans of tuna, also mackrell in olive oil. Make use of shakes the best you can... I by no means am giving advice in the diet arena just suggestions to help you with the busy schedule.

    looks good man. At my gf's apt she has those tyson frozen chickens but shes 50mins away. I havent seen them here yet at the HEB....but I'll keep lookin. Im up to 2 shakes a day now, I used to never need them and could easily get 1.5g per lb bodyweight..but not anymore. Ya man it was kinna hard to be able to post those pics
