Hey bro, i went to your website that you have in your sig WWW.GOTSWOLE.COM/VIZUALXCELLENCE.COM and it didn't work although when i googled it this came up www.vizualxcellence.com I guess there must be some kind of url redirect or something that may not be working correctly.

I didn't know if you were aware of this,i wanted to let you know in case customers or new clients were trying to get to your website and weren't able to. BTW i tried sending you a pm but my pm's don't work sometimes.

I also got to listen your interview on the web that was back in Dec 2004, very good interview. I suffered from something similar, i was 150lbs and im close to 6'3. That went on for a long time until i came to realize the mess i was in. Someone told me i looked like i had escaped from a concentration camp. That's when i made the change to start eating and eating right.
