    Memories of the good ol' days...

    I remember it as if it were yesterday. Arnold and I spotting each other every step of the way, in and out of the gym. We spent so much quality time together talking bodybuilding and acting and simply enjoying one anothers company. When we competed, we tried to outwit and outlift one another, but we knew that this was only part of our job as Pro Bodybuilders and finess connisseuers (which we certainly were in our time, coming to America to compete with Weider, but with no guarantee of success). Now, success notwithstanding, I still cherish those old days of yore when a young Sardinian boy with aspirations of becoming a boxing champion met an up and coming Austrian bodybuilder who would change his life forever.
