i live right outside of Tokyo and riding the subway up there is absolute hell. in the summer its hot as **** and they have warnings that old people and little kids should stay off the train.

i remember the first time i rode the train during rush hour. it was completly packed. then we pulled up to the next stop and there was about 20 people outside. they all just turned around and backed into the train. pushing everybody in their way. if you got to your station. you where fu#ked because there was too many people blocking your way to get off.

I was in Tokyo this summer. From there we went to beijing China. And finally to our ultimate destination, Ulaanbaatar Mongolia. My fiancee is from Mongolia. And for all you who just love Asian chicks, you are absolutely right! I love the hell out of mine!
I'll tell you though, Japanese people are typically VERY well off. Unless you are a fairly wealthy person, I would reccommend China. The people in china are mostly very poor. You wouldn't believe it unless you saw it for yourself like I did.
A very cool place though. You can get anything you want there CHEAP!
