so i put a 2 20's and a 2 10's on each dumbell no big deal right lets get warmed up.... get to about 8 or 9 and wham the 20 and 10 come off one side and smack me right in the face... my shits all bleedin im holdin a towel over my forehead now... i think ima take the day off from the gym tommorow... i feel like a dumbass
