Man i HATE it when....
I cant remember whether or not i took certain supplements during the day or not. I usually have a routine but sometimes i just fvck it up.

haha me too! Im like..did i take 2 pumps of clen earlier..or 3. Dammit! All these damn supplements I can never remember..I put reminders in my phone with how much do take at what time with alarms that go off haha

i had that problem a time or too, i'll be sitting in traffic and be like O fuvk !!! i forgot then it's just like O well duouble up next time

I just have a vitamin organizer sitting next to my desk so I always look at them to remind me plus I have a list posted on the side of my moniter to remind me

lol. i yeah i usually just double up if the supplements are safe to double up on. but its starting too piss me off.
Chest the clen i can remember but the taurine just seems to always slip my mind. and my mulitvitamin and amino acids are the ones i forget the most. i need to start paying better attention.

OMG that is so ****ign happening to me. I have to take activate 4 times a day, and I'll take it, then 10 minutes later I can't remember whether or not I took it!

I've got a little book I keep with me and write down what I took and when. It's actually my diet log I carry around everywhere I go. This way there is no guessing if I forgot something or not.
