what is the legal age limit to join a gym and for weight lifting

my gym its 16 with a parents signature.....atleasst that was the case for my little brother

at most gyms i think its 15 or 16 but i see little kids working out with there dads all the time i my gym

depends how much ur gym is willing to pay for insurance. Mine is 16 but used to be 14 till they realised they cud save a shitload of cash
