The hassle that comes with our lifestyle ..worth it ?
What makes it worth the *trouble* for pursuing this kind of lifestyle?.
I mean, what has your physical development done for you so far? ..many factors to consider here I know. Try mentioning the ones of importance.
Fire away....

If you don't know if it's 'worth it'...then it honestly mustn't be

I'm sure my body has definitely helped me get some ass in the past, it's helped my self confidence, and it's helped earn me respect. But I dont look at it like "Where has this gotten me?" anymore. I do what I do because I love seeing the results, I love the feelings of accomplishment. I enjoy looking at my body in the mirror and saying to myself **** Yeah, I went from 140 lbs getting pushed around in school, to this. And its only going to get bigger.

I made it my job, and now I get paid very well for working out, eating, and having fun.
Can't beat that.

i like it when people get out of your way when your queing for the bar
or if someone bumps into you and turns round with a look on his face like he's gonna start a fight then he looks at you and goes "er never mind"
i enjoy the attention it gets - from the females too definitely - although some claim the dont like it

i see were it has it's up's and down's but the up's outway the down's yes its a pain in the ass to eat only certain things always hitting the weight doing the cardio while still trying to get all your macros down and get enough sleep, all this while trying to work can be stressfull, but IMO it's worth it
