for those of you who have had gyno surgery
i want my gyno to be removed but it seems that there are 2 ways of getting rid of it. one is the old fashioned way through surgery and the other is through ultra sound liposuction. so now i want to know what you did and how the results turned out in terms of scar tissue and recovery time.
thanks,

I didn't know the gland/tissue could be removed through ultra sound liposuction.

It will probably involve both. When the glandular tissue is removed, if it is done thoroughly, there will be aqn unevenness, a hole, if you will. Lipo is used to contour the area and make it look natural, as well as to remove the female pattern fat distribution that has built up in the breast area.
If I were you, though, I would just enjoy my new breasts. Think of them as a rare gift that few men enjoy.
Love
Anna
