Favorite places, and why...

Been thinking of planning a trip for next summer, and wondered what some of your favorite places to go are. The Greek Isles are probably my all time fav. and am thinking of re-visiting, but new places are always fun. So...let's here um, and why!

Whoops, I didn't say why! Ocho Rios, Jamaica was the most beatiful place I've ever seen in my life. The people are very friendly and they'll treat you like a king.

Thailand. Lots of temples & beaches--and shopping!

Also, I love the Philippines; it's still fairly 'rough' as far as tourism goes, but that's a two-sided coin. On one hand, it's harder to get around (not much tourism infrasctructure), but on the other hand, it means you can get to some really wild and unspoiled places.

I lived on a remote fishng island in ther Philiipines for a year. (Just a wild-assed idea I had; just did it for the hell of it!)

I would take a boat for a few days to an uninhabited island to just kick back. Having your own unspoiled island with white sand beaches, cocnut palms, etc. all to yourself is an amazing experience. Just running around in the buff, swiming, snorkeling, f**king on the beach in the mid-day sun--everybody should try that at least once! (Use sun screen--getting your white-ass all sun-burned is a true pain in the ass! If you get your Johnson burned, that's even worse. No f**king on the beach for a few days at least!)

Damn Ajax, That's my kind of vacation bro! The lake we go to a bunch has sand islands if you go up river enough. Very secluded, very uninhabited. Beach the boat, turn the tunes up, grab the cooler and stretch out in the sand. Life just doesn't get any better than that my friends!!

Vegas of course!! I can fill you in on the carrabean in a week when I get back. As for Europe: Spain is a party place and the beaches are beautiful. I used to go to Europe every summer when I was growing up (family lives there) so if you have any q's just go ahead and ask.

Vegas Kid, I backpacked Europe for 2 1/2 months last year, very cool, but I want to try something new. New Zealand maybe... and AJAX that sounds of so friggin tempting!

I have plans to go Sydney next week to visit my brothas there!! They are all my colleagues and customers whom I have made quite strong acquaintances with...

Went to Maldives and Bali in Indonesia...If you are a beach bum, those two places are two of the best choices...

Maldives is a place where you can dive, snorkel, sunbathe, sail, canoe... all the sea sports and it is really really sunny and quiet(but expensive too!!)

Bali is more like an island and fishin village.. you get to experience exotic feelings over there. It was very very emotional for me...felt in love with that place..

I have been to Philippines before but I went there for Jimmy Carter project and thus I get to see the plantations and the rural life... Mabuhay!!!!!!

Memorable experiences!!

Got all these people talkin about everywhere in the world. I havn't done my far travels yet.
I go to New Braunfels, Texas for Mardi Gras on the Guadelupe three times a year.
Fill up a couple of kegs, load up the truck full of all kinds of cow products and a grill- Bam, you're good to go.
Big fat parties, lots of beautiful Texas women, and all the beer and food you can handle.
Be there next week if anybody wants to join!

Yo man, seriously, like exces said. Jamica. I mean we went last summer got one of those pacage deals, for like 800 a person, you get your plane ticket, travel to and form the hpotel, hotel stay for a week (which includes free food and drink all week). Man it was great. Didn't need any monsy. The water is beautiful, and its like cause we were american they treated us like the freakn queen of england. But the place we went too was in the middle of no where in jamcica. So it was cool just to stay around the resort. You couldn't really leave and do much stuff. there was one place we went too wher e we freakn climbed up a water fall. Damn it it wad the coolest hting in the world. I had cuts and scraps all over me but the feeling of climbing up slippery rocks while water is crashing down on you is amazing. Def worth looking into. have fun whereever you go. but another suggestion no one said anything but who has the hottest women and some of the best food on the planet???? ITALY!

My favorite place so far is Belize. Everyone drives around in golf carts b/c there aren't any cars, scuba diving on the reef is beautiful, and everybody is so laid back and friendly...Oh wait one bad part:we had to take an old prop plane and land on this dirt runway (very scary!!)

LOL MM... I would say it all depends on what you are into. All I know is that one day I wanna Climb Everest, I would have to say I've had fun at just about any beach I've ever been to. I did the Europe thing when I was in the military, and if your single you can have a blast.

Well DC24......let me just say that what i'm into.. will always remain a "Mystery".......unless.....of course...........lol..........but i am single......and wouldn't mind doing "Europe".....either................so now what?

Well only been to 2 places outside Texas and never outside the country...well I went to Mexico once but I nearly spent 4 days in a Mexican Jail so that doesn't count.

But I always take trips to Colorado, I love the mountains. But my goal is to one day hit the beach of Cancun!
