In the summer it's already hard enough for me, so I couldn't imagine doing it in the winter when it's fukin cold and you're wearing layers of clothes throughout these months.

When I was Miami it was a different story. You have to look good all year round.

I started at 259 and am down to 247. My goal is to get to about 10ish% bf and weigh in at 230ish. The hardest thing for me to get big was the eating... Ironically it is the hardest thing to loose as well.

About 16-17% and cutting cycle is test eq and meridia(lol). I work at a distributorship, everyone pitched in 100 bucks for the pot.

Yes he did... it was like the 4th or 5th day after start... he said he would just start the next day as he had over a month to loose weight. Only two people worry me, one guy is like 400lbs he was 500lbs and lost 100lbs already(before this thing) so he knows what to do but he will have to loose more than 40lbs, and this girl she is at my gym hitting it like non-other... She is very fat but has lost like 20 lbs the first couple weeks but the loss has come to a grinding halt... But she works her ass off.

I'm 6"4 therefore I eat everything in site if I must grow. When I cut I eat alot cleaner. I do dirty bulks in the winter though. I have to.. Do you feel me bruthuh?
