These are my reasons why I work out:
1.) To help combat the depression I have battled for 5 years now.
2.) To stay lean and healthy
3.) To relieve stress
4.) Because I like to work out and be active
5.) To get girls
I would say the first 2 reasons mean the most to me. I do it for myself and I guess it's kind of a way for me to escape and forget about my problems for 30mins to an hour each day. I can't say enough about how working out helps your mental state of mind. Oh yeah and its fun!

For increased self confidence, for better life chances (not many people will admit it but you stand a better chance in getting a job if you look FINE!!!) to get girls, a hobby, for the quest of the impossible self perfection.
OH YEAH to meet with people who have the same interests as me.

1. I find it to be an incredible stress reliever.
2. It's a constant goal that never ends which in turn helps for motivation with other goals.
3. It helps set a higher standard for myself.
4. I like to look good naked.
5. It just plain feels good

I just like getting bigger. I'm married, so there is no need to impress anyone. Maybe a little more self confidence, being big is cool.

There were quite a few years of self-destruction prior to engaging in working out reguarly. Although I was very motivated in continuously putting on size, the whole lifestyle makes me a much more complete total person. If I am adhering to a specific workout sechedule religiously, all of a sudden things at work or school are becoming much more efficient as well. I consider it the nucleus of my life, in which all other activities and goals are easier sought after when the center of my life consists of hard work and discipline.

I really like it
I truly love the journey of lifting. It does so much for me and it is my time to get away from all the pressures of life and just focus on self-improvement. If I had to put it into one phase why I lift it would be simply.
I lift to build a truly impressive physique.

Because I love it and because if I didnt workout I would feel like a complete loser.
Bodybuilding and powerlifting is basicly the only things in my life right now that I give a shit about.
I think about working out and eating all the time, I dream about it and I constantly talk about it

1. I love to see how strong I am
2. I lift after work so I'm not a dick to everyone when I get home
3. To see how big I can get
4. Why wouldn't I want to lift, sitting around at a desk all day makes me insane, why would I want to sit around at home??
I juice just to watch the effect on my body and how I can manipulate my growth.

2) no need for ladies (I have a great one), but I like to look good enough to flirt with em.
3) for sports. I play a lot of rec sports like football, bball, ultimate... I always got by on speed, now I can on strength.
4) age. i want to be scaling everest at 70. How can I do that if I break a hip
5) so that i can chat with you guys!

Especially for the babes. At my age, it feels pretty damn good to have cute little 20-somethings wanting to feel my chest or other, er, parts. I like knowing that, without doing anything at all other than just walking down the street, I make soft, pudgy, typical looking guys feel really inadequate, and make their women wish that they could have me. Plus it turns my GFs on big-time. (we are poly.) They like the way I look, and they like the effect it has on other people. It increases their pride and sense of self-worth to be in my company and know that I am comitted to them. One GF works in a nursing home and catches a lot of shit from some of her colleagues for her particular gender status (she is TS) and she had me come in so she could show me off and make them eat a little crow. Feels good to be displayed as a sex object, I think. Sure, i'm 43, but I get a little younger every day.
As for the juice, anything that helps me look better is the bee's knees. Also, it sure takes sex into a new dimension. Damn thing gets woody instantly and goes off like a damn cannon on the stuff!
