Want to hear something funny?
I was at the gym the other day. A guy I have never seen before comes up to me and asked me if I compete. I told him I did, so he started rambling on about how he doesn't compete, but he was a personal trainer. Looked to me like he had hardly ever picked up a weight. Anyway, he asked me if I used preparation H. I said, "What the hell are you talking about"? He said that alot of his buddies where he lives put's PH on their abs every night while they are on their cutter to tighten up the skin. I looked at him like he was a crazy mf'r and walked away.

I have heard of this also.. I have never been that low on BF so I never tried it though. I have heard of women using it under their eyes to make the "bags" look less noticeable.
I am sure there are tons of little tricks that may or may not work.. they sounds weird to us but does not mean they don't work for someone.

Ya, I've known people who use it under their eyes to temporarily fix circles under the eyes . . . not a good idea, IMHO . . .

I've heard about the prep H on the abs before and the under eyes too.

Yeah, I have heard people use it. It's supposed to remove water weight, and create a more vascular look. People also use it to help reduce the "bags" under their eyes.
Like how models spray hair spray on their bums for swim suit comps. (To keep the suit from riding up, and turning into a thong)

Yes, Prep H is used a lot on the ab/love handle area before tanning and before appearances on stage to suck out sub-q water.
Thiomucase is what most use, but those who can't find that use prep-h. Not a far fetched practice at all.
