only reason im into the old stuff all the new lyrics of rappers thye jsut brag about having lots of moeny, cars and chicks....older style rap or when rappers just came out and started makings songs , example 50cent, snoop dog, dr dre...their lyrics kinda tell a story about something now all lyrics are about the same shit..

tech n9ne and mac dre are two of the best IMO. 50 cent has a boring monotone sound and pace, snoop fell off, dre has tight beats but their all the same BPM with only a bass and a snare or somethin. dont get me wrong, they know how to make money at it but, that doesnt mean their music is good to me. eh, Im picky.

i can see where your coming from, but i really like the raw aggresiveness of the old school sh_t. i know brotha lynch hung raps about some fu_ked up sh_t, but his beats and the way he flows are fu_king sick.
