Just Watched Rocky 4
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I pulled out my Rocky 4 Dvd and just realized that it is perhaps the greatest bodybuilding feat I have ever seen. At one point, Dolph Lundgren is doing seated triceps extentions and he has full striations in his tris. Stallone also has full abs and obliques at the beginning and end of the film. Both of these guys reach competition bodyfat of 3-4%, however in a Hollywood film one must hold that condition for 3 or more months!!!!!! A bodybuilder just has to peak for a day. If any of you get the chance, pull out this DVD and check out the physiques these guys are banging. To maintain it for a 3-4 month Hollywood shoot is unbelievable. Don't know if they were juicing or not, but it is in my opinion one of the best bodybuilding feats I have ever seen. Again, sorry if in wrong category but just pulled out the old film tonight and watched it.

They don't shoot movies in order, the can film all scenes that needs for them to be this cut in one week. But I do agree theyre both pretty jacked.

Lundgren is just a fvckin monster, dude was like 6'3 and well over 200lbs at like 3-4% body fat......
do i think they juiced, personally hell yeah i think so, of course i ahve no proof at all but my gut tells me so.... i often wondered about the scene where they show dolph gettin injected in the shoulder, if it was real gear? i mean u think it couldnt be but who knows right?

They often shoot several related feet of film sequentially and edit it later. So the training and fight scenes could have been shot together and wrapped up in less than a week.
Sly looked great, but I still go with Cliff Hanger for his greatest form ever.

Stallone is jacked as hell right now.
If Dolph was a little darker he'd probably look even bigger. He was so white(obviously) but imagine if he would've gotten a tan like Stallone. He'd look probably 5x better.

Sylvester Stallone got some really good genetics, no doubt! Ripped and buff in a age of 60, that incredible!!

For those who wondered....paulie's back..last new Rocky 6 pics!!!!!
Here's the last couple Rocky 6 pics. By the way, he's fighting Antonio Tarver in the movie who is the current light heavyweight champ and knocked Roy Jones out cold. He's pretty young and fast, Sly will really have to work out hard to have the fight look realistic. Here's the pics, YO Paulie!

rocky 4 thats a true classic. Every rocky movie was awsome. Carl Weathers was always in damn good shape in his movies aswell. Got to love him in Rocky 2 and predator.
