I'm wanting to lower my body fat percentage at first then focus on some muscle. when i lost my last 15 or so pounds, I lost a lot of muscle mass apparently and now i'm at 28% f-ing body fat!!!! It's so disturbing and it sucks! I mean, I'm not even chubby, but my damn body just wanted to hold on to that stupid fat. So...I'm going on a cutting diet with some help from some stuff then when I get down about 10% then I am going to focus more on the muscle. I just want to toned! But definitely still feminine, no manly type of muscle or anything like that.

Concentrate on your diet and get your ass in the female forum, those girls really know their stuff.
