Well if it lowers Test levels, then i guess i will have to increase my test dosage........but if it doesn't i am going to have to increase my test dosage...f*** either way i am uping my test...and typing with one hand now ... so ... it's ... getting ... real .... slow .... right ..... now

That was a big misconception a few years ago, because, alot of fighters/boxers were told not to have sex during training or whatsoever. All that was ment to be for is so that you won't tire yourself out. It has recently been proven that sex actually increases test levels. As do sporting events and so forth. Yes, watching a good ole football game on TV has been proven to raise a man's test levels. Not as much as sex though, well at least not for me.

Well, for some of us, even if it did reduce test levels and deteriate our workout performance, we'd have no choice. You just can't resist to flog that meat around every now and then. I myself used to do it A LOT more back in the day then I do now. I think I went from like once a day to about twice a week or so! It get's boring sometimes, and you feel sick if you want to do it. Other times, it's OH BABY!!!

I agree: waxing the johnson won't lower test levels--if it did, I would have run out years ago...
Sex before a workout does make me feel more relaxed--probably not a good thing when you want to have an aggressive edge. But then again, I workout to look good and get laid more--so turning down the sex just doesn't make sense!
