ok i took a 1min video today and im trying to edit out the last 5seconds. ive tried windows movie maker, blaze media pro, adobe and they all get an error and windows closes the program right after i open the file to edit. i have sp2 on win xp pro. wtf is going on?????????

oh and the file is a .mpeg extension.
