I just try to drink mor eof my water towards the end of the day. I usually try to get 4L a day. Doing more at night time tho is easier for me so I dont have to leave lectures as much and also it ensures that I have no problem getting out of bed in the morning because I feel as though my bladder has been pumped up with a ****in air compressor.

haha I drink around a gallon of water befroe I go to sleep every night and take 2.25g vit C. I swear I wake up 10 times during the night to piss. After like the 4th on my roommate is like ahhhh just buy a big trash can and put it next to ur bed man
