and yes, forcing you, compelling you to take a test that is self incriminating is against your rights.. and by thte way, if a cop lies to you in order to get you to take the test.. there's nothing wrong with that, but if you lie example "no i only had 3 beers" and you had more, that's a crime..

You're not the only one here with first hand experience and a degree. And all I said was that asking you to take a test is not a violation of your rights. Forcing you to do so would be.....
