lowstance...exactly what etnic etomology is "african-american"? Africa is a continent, containing many countries, containing various ethnic sub sets....so what is an african american. It's not like Irish American, German American, Polish American, etc...because those are all countries, on the european continent....That is like say I am a european american....duh!!!

African American is the most stupid identifier the blacks ever created to self lablel....Not all africans are black...see Libyia, etc in North Africa, how about the whites in South Africa, Rhodesia, (I stll call it that). So what country or tribe do your ancestors come from??? Don't know??? Then stop using the African American moniker bs. b/c even when the smartest black person ever labels themselves an african american it sounds so stupid and unlearned of grade school geopraphy....
