I used to have respect for that man...

In the pen protein is hard to come by sometimes, so he would send bodybuilders who wrote him letters from the pen these formulated cookies that contained decent amounts of protein, so to the guys in prison it was like a Godsend. That's the only reason I respected him though.

his biceps dont even resemble real muscle. if anybody says or thinks thats muscle, then they have clearly never seen decently built arms before. whatever is in those things, it looks ridiculous. he says he is self-concious about the scar on his arm, thats the least of his worries

I understand wanting to be big. I understand wanting big arms. I understand wanting the biggest arms...but wtf...his look retarded. I just do not get why anyone would do that to themselves...it does not look real...they look plastic.
